Cancellation of Service

I requested telkom to cancel the service in October and was given a one month notice. But i still received the bills from them. The phone number still working.

I was given these reference REF: 88788278A AND again when i called them in November (TOC2431841).

I dont need this service anymore as explained in October 2013. I dont know why im still connected.
