Cell C charged me more for unpaid debit orde

In Last November 2013 I got my salary late, so I had to make a cash deposit of R175.00 then I got an SMS from cell c stating that I will be charged R70.00 for unpaid debit order as I never got a letter or any notification saying that the terms and conditions have been amended or changed, then there was another debit order for Dec for R175 as it was only supposed to be an amount of R125. I called the customer service on the 07/01/2014 to enquire about the debit the I was told that the R50.00 difference is for the unpaid debit order and I still owe the balance of R20.00 as I think this is unfair and unproffesional. I'm supposed to be upgrading in April but I think that will consider to actually cancel my contact as it is so not professional and I cannot do business with such irresponsible cellphone company.
