POOR EXCUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NETWORK ERROR

I was informed by an arrogant ignorant Komotso Mokoto that: 1. I won't be getting a refund cause the number I called was not an MTN number since it was ported to another network last year October 2. I was TOLD that I DID NOT see 100% displayed on my screen when I called the 073 number (so Komotso was telling me what my eyes saw and what they did not see!!!) 3. I was TOLD that I was aware that the number had ported last year October - when in actual fact the only time that I was made aware of this fact was after Komotso advised me that this was the case cause she checked her system 4. I was also TOLD that the network error I experienced was impossible because MTN's systems are so advanced that such an error CAN NOT happen to just one client (or isolated incident) it can and will only happen that way to all clients at the same time - that's how advanced MTN's system is according to Komotso 5. Komotso wanted to make the query personal the more I asked questions. My query was: 1. Why was there a pop up message stating that I have 100% discount on that specific number when making my call if in fact that wasn't the case 2.I want my refund cause I was making a FREE CALL accordingly
