Cancelling Life Insurance a Breeze, Great Service

Today I was contacted by a FFW consultant during office hours, I ask them to please call me back after 4.30pm as I was at work. That call never came, so I called them back to follow up, I was irritated and completely annoyed. What followed was a pleasure! Komotso Maluleke, immediately called me back with a friendly attitude allowing me to relax and complete the the simple cancellation process.
