Hello MTN, anyone home?

I have 2 MTN contracts that have now reached there 24 month period and I have been trying for the last week to cancel these 2 contracts. I have tried twice now on 2 different days to get these cancelled, but with no results. On average it takes 20 to 30 minutes for anyone to take the call on the 0831808 number and when you mention cancellation they transfer you to another number where no-one picks up. I have held on for around 45 minutes on both calls without speaking to anyone in cancellations. I want these 2 contracts cancelled and will not consider MTN ever again.
