Fault not fixed in a month

We are situated on a farm near Estcourt and have a little Guesthouse. Our Landline 036-3523143 is now already again for weeks and weeks not working. Guest's can not phone and we loosing money every single day. If I want to follow up on the fault, I can not do so, just be told, that since the 12.9. the fault is reported and a network outage with ref. 92482 is there. The fault ref. is 463CNZ091213. I am getting really desperate, cause in this times every guest counts and what would you think, if the guesthouse not even answers the phone or you not able to get hold of anyone. There is no technician or anyone from telkom who gives us any information. What can we do?
