Persistent Problems with Blackberry 9790

I am a contract customer. I was legible for an upgrade in April 2013. The phone was sent back for repairs twice. I complained by e-mail and am still awaiting response. The handset started giving problems in about July, I took it back and it was replaced. It gave problems again in October 2013 a sim swop was done and the phone was taken in for repairs on job card nr 2471698. In January it did a security wipe all by itself and rejects the simcard a couple of times a day. I am not willing to be phoneless for a 3rd time and paying the whole monthly premium of R480. I want them to solve this problem, Blackberry and MTN Customer Care is none excisting! The IMEI Nr is 359202045776968. I am honouring my part of the contract by paying every month but feel that MTN is not coming to the party at all.
