Telkom hasn't moved my line

I made my last payment on the 25th oct and asked for my line to be moved (I tried before we moved but was told I must first pay) and till date no response, we have moved and so now I don't have a land line to call them to ask why its taking for ever, I am being charged still even thou I don't have anything in my house, I have had to pay my isp but no line to use my internet, I have tried using a pay phone in town but can't stand in town for 15min on the phone and just stay on hold for ever, I am thinking of refusing to pay the new bill as I have no line or anything, FEEDBACK WILL BE GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED
