I have been waiting for 3 months for someone to come back to me on a contract that I am paying that was never stopped as arranged. hardware subsidy that I never received a phone for and you just feel a about it I have contacted the ombudsman and will take it further from then. My big thing is that everybody says we will come back to you and never does
