Bad service!

At the beginning of April I applied for my cellphone upgrade with a Mr. Martin Maggins Ndlovu. Not been made aware of the costs of the phone, after receiving the phone and being able to use it for one day, CC adviced it is within 7 days so I can return it. The lady at the Branch as well said I can return it. Now, after extreme amount of phone calls, on which Maggins at one stage told me 'it's not his problem', I'm still battling to get a new phone, apparently after 3 months the old phone is still not booked back. I am astonished that there is NOBODY at Nashua than can sort this out. It is just going in circles and I've asked for this contract to be cancelled as I'm paying Hardware Subsidy ever since for a phone I don't have!!! I am not getting ANY CONSTRUCTIVE answers from Nashua!!! I am paying for poor, very bad service currently and that does NOT suite me at all!!! I just don't know what to do anymore!
