I initially signed up for a R249 contract for a Blackbery 9800 torch. After 3 months I noticed that I am actually paying almost R600 for this, I queried it and found it that BIS is R199, the most expensive in South Africa. My phoned got damaged now, another shocker I don't have insurance on my device. Phoned Nashua mobile, asked for the voice recording cause everything was done over the phone, The sales person did ask for insurance, I agreed on it, and even cancelled my phone insurance with outsurance. Thought it will be easier with Nashua mobile. The hardware subsidy is not INSURANCE. I am paying R90 for that as well. Why I am paying still so much when I actually signed up for R249 is beyond me. Thanks to incompetence I am paying for something that I am not using. BIS cannot be deactivated, it is part of the contract. Wow if I was somewhere else, you can activate or deactivate as you please. Thanks for nothing Nashua mobile.
