Telkom my money

I paid a deposit for a telephone/ADSL but service could not be provided. I requested my deposit back and 3 months later I get invoices saying I don't owe telkom anything but they somehow forget I have a credit of R700. So is telkom saving my money to collect interest. Oh not to forget when you try to purchase a telephone at Lenasia Trade route branch they tell you come on Thursdays that's when they get stock and everything is sold the same day.
