Contract Supposed to be cancelled but being Debite

I requested for my contract not to be renewed at the end of its duration. Spoke to one of your consultants who confirmed that the contract would not be renewed. But I still be debited!!! I want to be refunded for all the money you have basically from me! and to stop the damb contract!
