Adsl not working properly since upgrade to uncappe

We had a caped adsl line and ever since we upgraded to a faster uncapped line we cannot keep the line up and running properly. It is slow and then the connection disappears entirely. The call centre is of no help as we need to continually call them to fix the line to no success.
