Can't get someone to pick up

I'm trying to downgrade my ADSL line speed from Fastest to Fast. I've dialed the call centre number 10210 and chose option 4, but no one is picking up. After 30mins it still says the consultants are still busy. I'm starting to believe EVERYONE in that department is still on holiday! Please help!
