My wife and I were promised a discounted rate for renewing our ADSL contract with Telkom. The contract is in her name.

We have been billed more than the promised rate every month.

The person I spoke to at the call center promised to investigate and give me feedback. The only reference I was given was her name "Marietjie Jansen".

It has been more than a month and I have not received any feedback.

When I called back The new person did not understand the reference number and could not connect me with the original consultant.

It feels like I'm going in circles and Telkom doesn't give a. I am getting tired of this poor service and lack of feedback.
