Hi,

Thank you Telkom for your recent service and assistance with my ADSL line. I had ADSL before and requested cancellation as I didnt know where I was moving too. A telkom representative contacted me shortly before my cancellation and asked why I was cancelling. I informed her as to why but also mentioned that I just applied for a new line now knowing me new residential address.

Surprisingly she told me she will change the cancellation to a move, this will save me the R700 deposit on my new line request. Surprised by this, I thanked her and asked to change the line from Telkom Faster to Telkom Fastest, to which she responded that it is no problem and she will also offer me a discount... WOW!!!

I then asked if she could only do the change after the 16th, again, no problem. On the 17th she called me asking if I want to continue, amazed by this again, I asked her to continue. She said Telkom will inform me by the end of the week on the day this would happen.

Two days later I received an SMS followed by a phone call confirming the date with me!

Absolutely amazing service and I will admit that I though it would be painful and not expected this from Telkom.
