STILL WAITING FOR MY LINE TO BE INSTALLED

I am totally fed up with telkom!
They advertised their specials on kfm everyday urging people to take out their new hot adsl specials.
I applied for a line in November, got a call from instalations saying that they were coming to install. A day later, they phoned again saying that they have just realised that I actually need to pay a deposit, which I went in and did. After I paid my deposit, I was advised that there were now no ports available - A WEEK LATER!!!
So from coming to install one day to asking for my deposit the next day to no ports a week later! I mean what the!!!
And then, I discover that a lady in my complex who applied for her line after me got her line installed during last week! SO HOW CAN THERE BE NO PORTS AVAILABLE??? Or is there special treatment for older clients.
I work from home and cannot do so without my line!
Totally unacceptable service!!!
