Phoned canceled not collection on phone!!!

Good Day to whom it may concern

I trust this complaint will reach to your urgent attention of how your staff are no help an that I have to do to the work for them self's.

I have received a new contract but was not pleased an requested a cancelation with in the 14days.

24th Dec your agent contacted me at my previous work address to come collect phone where no one from either your side or RAM couriers made contact of arrangement of collection an my where about.

I therefore contacted Vodacom of advise of such. Was advise that a collection from your agent will be arranged for Thursday 02.01.14 but if not so I can call it back and in return this is what happened neither Thursday the 02nd or 03rd Friday none of such was done.

Called Vodacom 0821945 was told that I must call RAM agent give them my Y12.., did so an was advised by RAM couriers that a ref no FTP was to be given.

called again I was now given a different story that they need to request from RAM for the collection request no and that they will called me.

1 month an 13 days an still no collection of cancelled phone.paid account an will not pay another cent, sim card battery removed from phone
