1month 11days since my first complaint & nothing has been resolved! I took my own initiative & called around to get in contact with MTN Insurance! I was told I needed to call 808 & request to be transfered directly, which I did. My insurance claim was done by the contact centre agent Nondumiso 08Oct & was told that he will call me back the next day to get an address for the couriers to collect my phone, which he did NOT! I tried calling on 9Oct only to hear they closed at 5pm! I called again 10Oct and eventually was told that the couriers can only collect my broken phone on 14Oct due to the collection list for the friday was sent out already! ANOTHER week wasted!! Eventually on 24Oct I received an email from Tumelo Kgwale to advise me my Insurance claim was approved & I needed to pay R150 into their ABSA bank acc. I made a bank deposit on 04NOV due it being the only time I could get to a bank. I tried calling MTN Insurance ever since to notify them that it has been done, yet I'm on hold 12-15mins to get through to somebody & still no answer! I'm Fed up of getting the run around! Its been over 2months & I still don't have a ph. I want this SORTED NOW Or I will be taking it further!
