Mweb ripping me off

I have never had any problems with Mweb, up until of recent months,
It's slow... i cannot accept this as i PAY my account to the fullest EVERY MONTH for almost 2 years, firstly i went off on telkom because i thought it was their fault, but they assured me the fault by Mweb.
I WANT HALF OF MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I ONLY GET HALF OF MY PROMISED SERVICE... UNACCEPTABLE!!! How do these worthless companies survive, BECAUSE they are constantly ripping everyone off.
