BUNCH OF - AND LYING

I renewed my contract on 2nd Feb. Before I renewed it i checked my balance and I had 6 hours talk time. When I renewed it i asked the consultant, Mandisa, if I would still have my 6hrs, and she said yes, so i renewed. The next day I checked my balance and the 6 hours were not showing. When I phoned Cell C, I was told that I will not be getting my 6hrs as I changed to a different contract. I contacted Mandisa and she confirmed that she did say yes, and offered me R 300 airtime which i could not load onto my contract. I contacted Cell C numerous times, and was told on 9 Jan that someone would respond within 48 hours (REF:3010902044). I am still waiting. I will be opening a case of against Cell C as they have something that did not belong to them, and for which i have paid for. They are a bunch of! and to offer me R 300 consellation prize is just an insult. I had 360 minutes, and if you charge R3/minute, I should be refunded R1080.I would never have taken out a contract with them if i had known that i would loose all the hours that I had saved! I am still waiting for a response and i am not going to let them get away with this!!!
