Cancelled bis

My partner renewed her contract that had bis to a top up contract with bis and when the change from the regular contract to the top contract has been done some at cell c decides remove bis and when we contact them today after being told 3 times it gonna take 24hrs, the agent then says it will only be loaded in march. The previous cotract had bis, we renewed to a top up contract with bis. The bis is now not active, so which means we are paying for a service that has been removed for some ungodly reason... BREACH OF CONTRACT!!! 1st we received the world's worst service frm their incompetent staff at their Pavilion and Bluff branches, NOW this...
