This is now the second complain about a cancelled contract that vodacom just don't make the right arrangement's to come and pick up the phone the guy phone me the Thursday 12/12/13 and said that he will arrange the pick up for in between the 13/12/13 - 17/12/13 because i went on leave to cape town on the 18/12/13 so i heard nothing from them in between that time RAM only phoned me on the 19/12/13 to come and pick up the phone there is no one i can leave the phone with because the office i locked and no one at my house so clearly the people that work at vodacom cant make arrangement's but the are quick to take the money on the end of the month i am now struggling for 3 MONTHS to get this sorted out and i am still waiting for the accounts to phone me for my refunds so please can someone sort this out today because i am getting irritated with this now.
