I changed my bank account from a cheque account to savings. On the same day which was 16 of April 2013 i went into a cell c branch in Gallaria and gave my new banking details to Zinhle (then employed by cell c) to replace the one i had. in every month that followed up until the end of August cell c tried to access money on both my accounts. The cheque account had no funds on it, as a result for each debit order that failed on my account i was charged R 115 for each time. I opened a complaint with cell c and was ignored for a while until i sent a complain via get closer. it has been more then a month since i had from the lady (Ruth) that was assigned to my case. i have sent dozens of emails which she has not replied on. i have called cell c countless times with no luck. i need help.
