Vodacom will be in contact with in 48 houers!!!

I have cancelled a contract with in the 7 days period RAM was she pose to contact me and give me a time when they will be at my office to pick up the phone because i am not in the office the hole day so i was in centurion and they just rock up at my office without phoning me to pick up the phone no one was there so the lady phones me and tells me she is at my office i said to her she must phone me in advance so that i can meet them there if i am close to the office and that was the last time i was phoned she just rocked up at my office after that one's but i have phoned VODACOM again and the guy loged a call with some department and said "THEY WILL PHONE ME WITHIN 48 HOUR'S" to sort out the cancellation and refund me this was about 3 WEEKS ago so can some one please contact me regarding this matte
