Shocking service from MTN

Switched from 8ta to MTN over a month ago. My number was meant to be up and running on the 27th of November, but I still have no joy! I have been without service for over a month now and nobody at MTN can help or even figure out the problem! Now nobody even gets back to me! It is affecting my business and believe it or not my safety? As I was followed by 2 men a week ago and could not use my phone to call for help!!
I find it SHOCKING that nobody is able to sort out this problem, but they were very happy to debit my account!
I would never recommend MTN to anyone!
