Shocking service / questionable business ethics

Bought a car long distance from them, thought I would be safe doing business with a big company..SURPRISE
1. Incorrect car delivered
2. No papers and car unlicenced, resulting in a fine which they have assured me they will pay, but well over a month and remains unpaid. Fine in my name and I refuse to pay it.
3. Agreed to a "safety" pack added to my vehicle... VERY questionable ethics on this one..yes the smash and grab was done, think cos its an obvious one, but the incorrect tyre bands were fitted, and on TOP of that they were 2nd hand... no paintwork protection nor scotch guarding was done, and I had "fight" to get this sorted out. Plus was quoted excluding vat..fine if I got what I paid for... Lost a days leave taking the car to find out what the noise was, hence the incorrect size and USED tyre bands were discovered.
4. Phone calls are not returned when promised and I as a client have to do all the "running" around and phoning to sort this mess out.

Was looking forward to buying my car but this turned into a nightmare and I will never buy from them again and certainly will never recommend them to anyone.
For sure the worst service and business ethics I have ever encountered
