Eing listed to ITC while the contract is ove

My contract endend on the 31/12/12 and unfortunately i wasnt told that i needed to call them and confirm that im no longer interested in renewing the contract. In January a different debit order came through my account of a large amount from them, then someone called me to offer an upgrade but i refused it and i was told that i needed to send a fax to 084140/ 084144 i cant remember correctly, with the bill this lady explained that because my contract of R99.00 which i was paying for the past 24 months has expired the normal charge of R253 .00 or something has occured. I didnt know about this as well but decided not to argue, i sent a fax through as adviced with my ID, the cellphone number and confirmed that i wanted it closed. I then moved to pretoria and if february i saw that they deducted again so i went and reversed it at my branch, but they continued to do that for about 5 months and the stopped and every month i was reversing it as i had failed to understand why were they doing so. Now im trying to apply for a bond and all of a sudden im being informed that cell c has listed me on ITC with an amount of R1300 i think!!! What nonsense is that? with no phone calls or sms
