I would not recommend this network at all, to anyone. Great Customer Service, affordable products - but they are useless, completely useless. I bought a data bundle today and I have great reception but guess what? Its billing me instead of deducting from my bundle. All my settings are correct but its charging me money. Nobody can explain why. (2 hour, 9 different call centre agents) I'm losing money and my patience. Please dont let a call centre agent call me. i want a resl, senior manager to make contact. And it goes without saying, I also want my money refunded!!!
