Branch has bad service and no stock

I did my upgrade them on the 1st of December 2013. Tomorrow will be the 1st of January 2014 and I still do not have my Samsung Gear. And it is available in other branches. They keep telling me that it will arrive with the next order and it will be 2 weeks at the longest. Then when I call in they ask me who I dealt with in the store and then tell me that the it is on back order. I have asked them to call me or SMS me to provide an update. They never did.
I always have to call in only to be told a different story each time. I have had enough of their bad service and will not support their branch again. Almost a month later and still no Samsung Gear, but Vodacom are about to debit my account for items that I do not have yet.
