Upgrade takes 2 months - still no response!

We got a new upgrade at the beginning of November and reported it faulty 24 hours later. After 3 phone calls to CellC and being shifted from pillar to post, the faulty phone was collected and now 4 weeks later it has still not been replaced and no contact from them as to if it is going to be replaced or repaired or just ignored!!! We have emailed twice with an automatic response saying "we will be in contacted in 2 business days" and still nothing. The service is shocking over the phone and clearly nobody cares about us or our issues. I would prefer to cancel the 24 month contract and move to a more efficient network even if it means loosing the number!! Neil
