I phoned Telkom in August and asked that they cancel my broadband as I am using a different ISP in any case and I only want to pay for Line rental. Then in September paid three months Line rental in advance wich meant that Oct, Nov & Dec were already paid for. Then in December my line was cut stating that I owed them R1000. When I phoned to inquire where they got this figure from, they said that I hadn't paid my accounts. Then I explained to him how I paid, and he confirmed those payments had been made but that my Broadband is still active and weren't paid for. So now I've paid the outstanding fee, but I am not happy and demand that my broadband be canceled immediately, So that I only pay line rental.
