I upgraded at the end of January to a Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance. On the second day I had the phone, the problems started. I took the phone back to Vodacom to get repaired. A week later I got it back. It still didn't work a 100% but I thought, I would give it a fair chance. About two or three weeks later I had to restart the phone at least once a day for it to work properly, so I took it back to Vodacom once more. This morning, 20 April 2013, I went to collect my 'new' phone, and got the worst customer service. The guy that helped me, didn't even care to tell me what was wrong with the phone, even though I asked him, ignored my questions totally and while I was talking to him, called the next customer and just started the same process with the next customar. I'm so disgusted in his bad attitude, especially after I couldn't use my 'new' phone for months, and had to drive there and back just to get it fixed, and this is the service I got! We have been loyal customers for years, but after this episode I'm considering changing to another supplier, someone that does what they are being paid for! Vodacom Menlyn does not care about the customers, only their rotation out of the store.
