MTN - extremely unorganised and unprofessional

Im a corporate client for 17 years, I asked for a upgrade im told that there is no stock, but if you call the call centre now as a normal customer they tell you they have enough stock. so basically if u a normal customer theirs stock, SO BASICALLY THE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING, I will be submitting this to MTN CEO
