Deductions on cancelled contract

On the 17 of September 2013 I went to Cell C Newpark to cancel my contract 084 771 0120 which expired on the 7th of September 2013. Cell C deducted the money from my account at the end of September and end of October. That is actually fair for me because it falls in the 30 day notice. They wanted to deduct money again at the end of November 2013. I stopped the debit but every time they try to. I went numerous occasions to cancel the debit but they don't want to. I need your help to sort this mess up because they make my account to be in bad credit and I'm afraid that they might want to take me to credit bureau. So before they do that, please assist.
