I handed my mobile router in for repairs at the MTN Game Centre on the 18th of December 2013. I was told by JP (consultant) that the device would take two weeks to be repaired. I follwed up on this matter on Tuesday afternoon with their manager, Dominique, and she said that she would follow up with their repair centre. She did not get back to me. I followed up on this matter again this morning and spoke to another consultant, Monique, and she advised that the device was only forwarded via courier on 2 January 2014, which is ironically the days I was supposed to receive the device back. JP also screamed from the back that I will have to wait till the end of January 2013, which is contradictory to the initial time frame that was communicated to me. I have to pay monthly substription to use the device and have to honour my obligations towards MTN, which is unfortunately not work both ways. I am extremely dissapointed in the manner in which this matter has been dealt with as well as the arrogance and lack of professionalism as displayed by some of the consultants.
