Vodacom Trade In Program

Hi,

I was interested in the Vodacom Trade in Program they are currently offering. So before my upgrade date I went to the store and asked if they will accept my current phone (Galaxy S2), the lady I spoke to said yes they will. I went to do my upgrade yesterday and they declined my phone! I have used my phone for the last 2 years so yeah sure it does have some scratched on the body but the screen is perfect and the phone is in good working condition. I want to know where is the consistency and who gets to make the call if the phone get accepted or declined! I'm extremely unhappy as I feel the sales Person declined on purpose to make more money out of me. I want my contract changed as per the trade in program prices!
