MTN are not refunding wrongful deductions

On 18 December 2012 I bought out by data contract where the billed and unbilled balances were calculated with resulted to an amount of R5023.50. At the end of December 2012 the normal amount was taken from my bank account. I phoned MTN 5 times already and I hear the same story "Your money will be transferred within a week". During the last call they tried to convince me that I was wrong in my statements. Each time they promised to phone me back, that never happens. I will cancel my debit order until MTN settles their account with me. They are really quick to demand money from people, but very poor to refund the money they.
