Still not cancelled

So after 2 emails to cancellations in November, and a report on hello peter (25 Nov) https:///nashua-mobile/complaints/cancellation-of-services-1255451

My services have still not been cancelled, and payments went off beginning of December and beginning of January.

You can keep on billing me as long as you want to, in the end you will pay me back every cent. Now for the love of please just cancel ALL my services and pay me back the R703.81 you've debited from my account.
