Vodacom give bad servce, don't comply with cpa laws

Hi I'm mr J.W van der Mescht cell no 0837021952 email address [Email Removed] . I ported from MTN to Vodacom with the above cell no. The Z10 I received was an out of box faluire, it did not want to switch on or off. It was exchange. Got a nother Z10 had it for a week and a half it gave also problems, insert sim, sim not detected!!! Gave it in at George repair centere and waited over a weak for the phone. Just had it a day and the same happend again!!! Send it in again, waited over a week and then they send me a refurbished phone!!! Sorry Vodacom I don't exept refurbished phones, I had the phone for a week and a half!!! Here is all the job numbers. 9470350, 9448439, 9420462 . I know the CPA laws so don't try me, I want a credit for this phone, I will not wait any longer and I am tired of all the wait and excuses!!! I had this contract for two months but I don't have a phone!!! Now after three weeks I still have no phone!!! Today I got a email stating that they will replace the phone but the only diffrence will be that the phone will not come in a box!!! W.T.F.? WHO ARE YOU FOOLING VODACOM? I want a new phone in a box!!! Only second hand phones don't come in a box!!!
