After struggling for 2 weeks to have my 4th phone replaced by Vodacom they delivered the new refurbished phone at my office this afternoon. AGAIN the phone is faulty. This is my 5th phone with the same problem, I switch it on and then it works for a maximum of 3 hours, then the phone dies and it does not want to switch on again. The battery is also brand new, so it is the phone and not the battery. This is really unacceptable, does Vodacom not test the phones before they give it to you???

I now DEMAND a new phone out of the box as this is totally unacceptable and the refurbished phones obviously does not work.

I am going to take this matter to the ombudsman and NCR as I cannot struggle like this - I have been without a phone for 2 months now.
