I regret having a contract with cell c

I have never in my life got such a horrible service like what I'm being given by cell c. I took a contract last year December it's a R200 package after 3 months more money was debited from my account and when doing a follow up I was told it was an open line. I told them to change it for me I will buy bundles once I have reached the limit. To my surprise they have been debiting my account with so much more money and when I queried with them again I was told they will call me back. It's been more than a week now still no call. They are I would never recommend them to anyone. I requested the agent to go back to call recordings so they could here exactly what I requested from them.. The service is so ridiculous it's not even funny. Im having the same problem that I though was being sorted 8 months ago!
