Got my Samsung Tablet 10" on a 1Gig contract 27 Dec. Phoned call centre 082 155 on Sat (28th) twice - two different answers. This was apparently a recycled number and deleted off their system. They would have it sorted out within 48hours. Phoned again on Monday, 30th - answer from call centre was that I would have to go back to the store to get new SIM card - now all of sudden they wouldn't be able to help me. (??) Went back on Tues 31st. Store employee phoned call centre (yet again) - and told me to wait until close of business of the next business day - which would only be the 2nd (today) because the 1st was a public holiday - they would reinstate my SIM. No new SIM card obtained (as per call centre?)Oh well, still waiting!!

I am not a happy customer - and will probably be billed pro-rata for December as well - even though I had no service (network) available. Come on! I've had my "voice" contract for over 15 years with Vodacom, and now this service on a data contract?

This service delivery is unacceptable.
