We have cancelled our 8ta contract about 2months ago, when which they said it would take 30days and we would pay a penalty for cancelling earlier than the contract expires, we said its fine.a month went by and we phone to ask about the cancelation which the call centre told us its being processed but we cant talk to the people doing the cancellation, no reason was given why not, after about another month went by we phone a few times again and the exact same thing was said to us.we phone today 2.1.14 again and for what feels like the 100th time the exact same thing was said to us again.we went to the wonderpark shopping centre branch in amandasig pretoria to complain and they refered us to the same call centre we have spoken to a 100 times. we are just supposed to keep paying until they decide to cancel and we are not aloud to use the internet data in the mean time! we were also told we can reclaim the money of the data we did not spent but then a whole new case has to be opened and they cant say how long that will take! this is absolutely the worst customer service ever and the worst company and people to speak to!
