My two year contract ended in November 2013, however MNT sent me another tax invoice and deducted a ridiculous amount from my account on 1st January 2014, I've been trying to cancel the contract for the past month to avoid any more debit orders, I've sent numerous emails and called them more than once the last attemt I was holding the line for 30min without any assistance! I was also promised to be called back but have not received any form of contact from them to this day! I need help and my money refunded!
