I had an account with MTN about 5 years ago which was handed over. I wanted to begin sorting out this account faster as I had been making payments and contacted the company which it was handed over too. I was then told that they no longer have the account. I then contacted MTN and was told the account is paid up and they would send me the paid up letter. After a few weeks i again requested the paid up letter and was told i still owe on the account. After some fighting with regard to this i then asked for a statement breaking down payments received and interest etc. I was told they can not provide this as the account is no longer with them. I am still waiting for the statement as i get no assistance from MTN or the company that my account was handed over too. I am so sick of bad service from MTN, Rude staff and staff who do not know what they are doing!
