I went into the Cresta branch of Telkom on December 12 and asked the guy to upgrade our line speed. He said the order had been put through and it would be active in 48 hours. This never happened, so a few days later I called the call centre, and was told it'll be done by the next day. This never happened. We then called again a few days after that and were told that the order had been put through but no one was working on it, and they'd identified the problem and it would be activated in 48 hours. That was over a week ago and still nothing. WHY is is so difficult for Telkom to perform one of the most basic functions of their 'service'? Incredibly frustrated, as other than then the call centre we're told there's no one else who can help. Also seriously hope we are not billed for the upgraded line as we've received nothing.
