SHOCKING!!! the worst customer service

It has been 7 months since my issues with 8ta Telkom Mobile started and sadly i am still dealing with them..

I recently received an invoice for R978.77 which was suppose to be R729.42. I escalated this to Doris at 8ta Telkom Mobile TM-Soc billing. Doris informed me that the invoice could not be cancelled on the system and that she had sent a new one which i will receive in November 2013.

I was concerned because this meant;
1) the R978.77 would still be deducted from my account in October
2) an additional amount of R729.42 would be deducted from my account in November

As predicted the R978.77 was deducted from my account on the 26 October 2013.

Due to 8ta's SHOCKING incompetence money has been debited from my account incorrectly and i expect the same will happen next month.

The obvious thing to do in this case was to arrange a refund of R249.35 and NOT reissue a second invoice.

8ta owe me R249.35. I want this money paid to me in full ASAP and for this account to be closed.

The worst part of this 7 month nightmare is that i was never compensated for any of the inconveniences & losses caused to me by 8ta AND they never once apologised
