Cell C
Promises Not Kept

After many complaints Cell C eventually responded to give me a 3 month credit on all contracts with them in November 2013.

I was not billed for 1 month, but low and behold, december 2013 they went back to billing me again.??? what happened to the 3 months??? If they cannot keep to their promises, rather cancel all contracts without any penalties to me as they still have not sorted out the reception in my area for the last 3 years
